Product Introduction:
Fireproof sealing board of type DC-A1-YD-Ba (namely inorganic fireproof partition board, also known as fireproof partition board or non-combustible fire-resistant board, etc.). This board is made by scientifically proportioning and pressing a variety of non-combustible materials. It has excellent flame retardant performance and can remain non-burning for more than 3 hours when exposed to fire. During the combustion test of the fireproof sealing board of type DC-A1-YD-Ba (inorganic fireproof partition board), it will not deform when the maximum flame temperature reaches 1000 °C. All its indicators meet the requirements stipulated in GB23864 - 2009, and its combustion performance reaches the Class A (non-combustible) standard specified in GB8624.

The fireproof sealing board of type DC-A1-YD-Ba (inorganic fireproof partition board) uses magnesium oxide as the main raw material, mixes it with a certain proportion of inorganic polymer adhesives and chemical additives, and is processed through a series of procedures. It is a kind of board that does not burn, has heat insulation, sound absorption, moisture-proof properties and contains no harmful substances. When heated, it does not produce gases that are harmful to human health. It is smokeless, non-toxic and odorless, and belongs to Class A fireproof board.

The fireproof sealing board of type DC-A1-YD-Ba (inorganic fireproof partition board) is mainly applicable to the fire protection and fire-resistant separation when cables of various voltage levels are laid on supports or cable trays. It is widely used for fireproof and flame retardant purposes in cable projects in cable-intensive places such as various domestic power plants, chemical enterprises, iron and steel smelting enterprises, and mines. It is also the best fireproof and flame retardant material for indoor decoration fireproof and flame retardant projects in public places such as large shopping malls, hotels, guesthouses, cultural and sports centers, enclosed clothing markets, light industrial markets, theaters and cinemas.

Performance Indicators:

Physical and chemical properties

Appearance: It is in the form of plates with a flat surface. Flexural strength: ≥ 0.10 MPa.  (3) Water resistance: ≥ 3 days, without swelling or cracking. (4) Oil resistance: ≥ 3 days, without swelling or cracking. (5) Resistance to damp heat: ≥ 120 hours, without cracking or pulverization. (6) Resistance to freeze-thaw cycles: ≥ 15 times, without cracking or pulverization.

Fire resistance performance

(1) Fire integrity: ≥ 1.00 hour. The cotton pad on the unexposed side of the test specimen was not ignited, and there was no flame lasting continuously for 10 seconds or more. (2) Fire insulation: ≥ 1.00 hour. The temperature rise at any point on the unexposed side of the test specimen is ≤ 180 °C. The maximum temperature rise on the surface at a distance of 25 mm from the fireproof sealing material at the unexposed end of the penetrating object is ≤ 180 °C. The maximum temperature rise at any point on the surface of the frame on the unexposed side is ≤ 180 °C.

Construction Methods:

1. The DC-A1-YD-Ba type inorganic fireproof partition board can be cut using a cutting saw and made into the required shapes according to the needs of the construction site.
2. During assembly, it can be fixed with steel brackets or expansion bolts. The steel frames should be painted with steel structure fireproof coatings.
3. Various forms of cable fireproof trough boxes can also be made from this fireproof sealing board (inorganic fireproof partition board). The gaps between the boards should be filled and leveled with XDWD-II type inorganic fireproof sealing materials.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. The products should be stacked flat and stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, and should be protected from rain.
2. During the transportation of the products, they should be protected from sunlight and rain, and care should be taken to avoid damage during handling.
