Product Introduction:
DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof blocking board (namely inorganic fireproof partition board, also known as fireproof partition board or non-combustible fire blocking board, etc.). This board is made by scientifically blending and pressing multiple non-combustible materials. It has good flame retardant performance. When exposed to fire, it can resist burning for more than 3 hours. In the combustion test of DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof blocking board (inorganic fireproof partition board), when the flame temperature reaches 1000°C at best, it does not deform. All indicators meet the requirements of GB23864-2009, and the combustion performance reaches the Class A (non-combustible) standard specified in GB8624.
DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof blocking board (inorganic fireproof partition board) is made by taking magnesium oxide as the main raw material and mixing it with a certain proportion of inorganic polymer adhesives and chemical additives through a series of processing procedures. It is a board that does not burn, insulates heat, absorbs sound, prevents moisture, and does not contain harmful substances. When heated, it does not produce gases harmful to human health. It is smokeless, non-toxic, and odorless, and belongs to Class A fireproof board.
DC-A1-YD-Ba fireproof blocking board (inorganic fireproof partition board) is mainly suitable for fire protection and fire resistance separation when cables of various voltage levels are laid on brackets or bridges. It is widely used in cable projects in cable-intensive places such as various domestic power plants, chemical enterprises, steel smelting enterprises, mines, etc. It is also the best fireproof and flame retardant material for indoor decoration fireproof and flame retardant projects in large shopping malls, hotels, guesthouses, cultural and sports halls, closed clothing markets, light industry markets, theaters and other public places.

(7) Fire integrity: ≥1.00 hour. The cotton pad on the backfire surface of the test piece is not ignited, and there is no continuous flame for 10 seconds or more.
(8) Fire resistance and heat insulation: ≥1.00 hour. The temperature rise of any point on the backfire surface of the test piece is ≤180°C. The surface temperature rise at a point 25mm away from the blocking material at the backfire end of the penetrating object is ≤180°C. The highest temperature rise of any point on the surface of the backfire surface frame is ≤180°C.

 

Construction method:

 

1. The DC-A1-YD-Ba inorganic fireproof partition board product can be cut by a cutting saw and made into the required shape according to the needs of the construction site.
2. When assembling, it is fixed by steel brackets or expansion bolts. The steel frame should be painted with steel structure fireproof coating.
3. This fireproof blocking board (inorganic fireproof partition board) can also be used to make various forms of cable fireproof trough boxes. The gaps in the board are filled with XDWD-II inorganic fireproof blocking material.

 

Packaging and transportation:

 

1. The products should be stacked flat and stored in a ventilated and dry place and should be protected from rain.
2. During transportation, the products should be protected from sunlight and rain, and care should be taken to avoid damage during handling.
